Meet Anna

Anna Mancini is an experienced Life Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist who has dedicated her life to supporting those in recovery.

After successfully recovering from her own addictions, Anna worked in treatment centers for several years, where she recognized a critical gap in the recovery system. Individuals leave treatment centers, where they receive 24/7 support, to return to a home environment that not only reminds them of their past, but is ill-equipped to provide the support structures necessary for sustainable recovery.

The Mancini Solution was founded to bridge this gap in recovery services. Anna gives clients the tools and techniques needed to achieve success through a holistic approach to recovery that leaves no stone unturned.

The program utilizes Anna’s trainings and certifications in Trauma Resolution techniques, Neuro-lingistic Programming, and transformational Life Coaching coupled with her passion for health, spirituality, nature, and the mind/body connection. This provides an approach to recovery that fosters independence through the self-identification and pursuit of goals, to teach clients how to take the reins as they enter the next phase of life.

We will provide and help implement a detailed plan alongside you in a truly holistic approach: from food, movement practices, immersion in nature, mindfulness techniques, to implementing positive reinforcement systems within your mind and your environment.
